Topic: Repair Goals
* Raise floor in kitchen to level.
* Repair rotting and weak areas of floor(kitchen & dining).
* Repair where floor has seperated from walls(kitchen).
* Repair/replace sheetrock (mildewed,broken,fire damage).
* Remove and replace rotten sink and cabinet.
* Remove and clean refrigerator unit.
* Install hot water heater.
* Replace cabinets (severely rotten and fire damaged).
* Cover 3 rooms with floor covering.
* Replace front and back doors and screen doors.
* Repair ramp to walk across ditch in front yard.
* Install handrails to assist up steps.
* Repair ramp on porch for wheel chair.
* Other repairs as they are assessed and deemed immediate needs.
